Dental, Vision & Hearing (DVH)
Our DVH insurance is designed to meet as many needs outside of standard medical insurance as possible. It provides coverage at the dentist as well as vision and hearing benefits for things like contact lenses, hearing aids, eye exams and more. Policyholders can select an annual benefit of $1,000, $1,500 or $3000 and the annual deductible is just $100 per person.

Annuities for Tax Deferred Accumulation or Guaranteed Income for Life
ManhattanLife annuities provide flexibility, liquidity and competitive returns. There are no set-up fees or administrative expenses. Plus, our annuities allow penalty-free partial surrenders up to 15% each calendar year, 50% more than the industry average. Contract holders may choose from a range of tax-deferred, single premium Multi-Year Guarantee Annuities (MYGA) and Single Premium Immediate Annuities (SPIA).
And recently we’ve introduced two new Fixed Index Annuities (FIAs) — the Western United Life New Horizon and Western United Life New Horizon Plus. These plans offer upside potential and downside protection and give Seniors the opportunity to earn income based on the performance of the S&P 500®. With our FIAs, contract owners can count on:
- Balance of protection and growth
- Tax-deferred growth
- Flexibility - choose what portion of funds will grow at a fixed rate and what portion will grow based on the S&P 500®

* Starting January 1, 2020, Medigap plans that cover the Part B deductible (Plans C and F) won’t be available to people new to Medicare. If you have one of these plans (or the high deductible version of Plan F), you can keep it. If you were eligible for Medicare before January 1, 2020, but not yet enrolled, you may buy one of these plans with the Part B deductible coverage.
** Plan N pays 100% of the Part B coinsurance, except for a copayment of up to $20 for some office visits and up to a $50 copayment for emergency room visits that don't result in inpatient admission.
